    CONCEPT & ENGINEERING

    Before anything is cut, your logo is transformed into a multi-layered sign design. I plan out the layers, colors, LED placements, and structure to ensure everything fits together perfectly.

    3D MOCK-UP & CLIENT APPROVAL

    I create a realistic 3D mock-up in Blender so you can see how the final sign will look. You’ll have the chance to review and request any changes before production starts.

    STAINING THE WOOD

    The wood sheets are stained to match the design, enhancing the grain and giving the sign the right base color before cutting.

    LASER CUTTING

    Each layer is laser-cut for accuracy, ensuring smooth edges and perfect alignment for assembly.

    ASSEMBLY

    The layers are stacked, sanded and glued creating depth. I sand and refine each piece for a clean finish.

    LED WIRING

    The LEDs are wired, soldered, and installed, making sure the lighting works properly before final assembly.

    MAGNET INSTALLATION

    The top layers attach with hidden magnets, allowing easy access to the LEDs for future maintenance or replacement.

    DETAILING, VARNISHING & FINAL TESTING

    The sign is restained, sanded, and varnished for durability. I test the LEDs and mounting to make sure everything is perfect.

    DELIVERY & SHIPPING

    Your sign is carefully packaged and shipped or personally delivered, ready to be displayed.
